Blackfriars Restaurant & Banquet Hall is perhaps best know for it’s seasonal menu, or for the history behind the medieval venue.
But on Friday 14th October the former 13th century friary is inviting guests to enjoy a tasty three-course meal with a difference.
Blackfriars staff will also be on hand to prepare the lunchtime banquet within the breathtaking surroundings of the Michelin-recommended restaurant.
And the best bit? The Fareshare food used would otherwise be destined for the landfill.
If you’re hungry to reserve a place at this sought after event, visit the Blackfriars website at blackfriarsrestaurant.co.uk/events
Tickets cost £25 with all proceeds being reinvested back into the project to feed those struggling with food poverty in the North East.
