Reaching Out: Strengthening our Local, National and Global Connections – will take place at Newcastle University on Thursday 13th June 2019.
As well as discussing Sustainable Food Cities’ local and national role in the global mobilisation around food and health, climate change and waste, we will be showcasing practical local action on these and a wide range of other issues, including developing community kitchens, supporting sustainable food enterprises and engaging with planning. The focus of this year’s conference is on reaching out more effectively to connect with people and places, issues and solutions.
